One of Latvia's most acclaimed and titled chefs, Raimonds Zommers has been recognized throughout his career for his contribution to Latvian gastronomy. His dedication to mentoring young chef talent and his vision for modern Latvian cuisine have earned him respect both nationally and internationally.
Having trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Zommers brings a wealth of international experience to every dish at Entresol — always filtered through his deep love for Latvian ingredients and traditions.
